The familiar is a bat. The master and his father are drow.

Potion would be a way out. The problem the bat would have is holding any inventory by himself. A bottle would be more less a size of the bat himself.

I don't think enlarge person works on familiars. Certainly doesn't work on Nawiel's cat.

RP-wise it would :) In case of a cat, I suppose it enlarges it's ego, my purrfect drow masterrr serrrvant. :roll:
