Feat Whirlwind attack

i was wondering if you have feat Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting and you have Feat Whirlwind attack will you still make only 3 attack on the Feat Whirlwind attack or is it 4 now couse you have the Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting?

if the character using this feat is wielding two weapons, only the primary weapon is used to make the Whirlwind attack. Additionally, all penalties for Two-weapon fighting that would normally apply are ignored while making the Whirlwind attack. Thus, even if you are using two large weapons and using the Monkey grip feat to do so (and without the Two-weapon fighting feat), your attacks made with this feat have NO penalties to hit.

It's just one attack. Not two, not three, not four.

passi whan you use Whirlwind attack you can hit 3 opponent if there is 3 opponent at the same time right but if you have so use this epic feat Perfect Two-Weapon it will give you primary weapon in both hands right so it will be 4 hit if there 3 opponent at the smae time well the Epic feat Whirldwin attack help in this matter?

Whirlwind attack isn't capped at any number of targets, every enemy within range is attacked once per Whirlwind.

There's no way to change it, just the extra range from Epic Whirlwind ofc. but number of attacks and targets is static.

Two Weapon Fighting doesn't factor in at all.

You get one attempt to hit every target in range of whirlwind attack when you decide to spin.
Only one attempt per entire round, but one attempt against everything. If there's 24 enemies in range, you'll attempt to hit every single one of them. Once.

Perfect two-weapon fighting affects number of attacks you do (per round) when fighting normally and attacking single enemy with two weapons.
