Charge Feats & Dual Wielders

[sir_blacksoutalot]

Hi there. Hope one of you DMs can kindly clarify how the Charge feats apply to wielding dual weapons. I currently have Charge, the background feat Furious Charger, and the epic feat Dire Charge.

I've noticed that Dire Charge only seems to work for my main hand weapon. Damage from my off-hand weapon doesn't seem to be triggering, even though the feat reads "You can make a full attack as part of a charge." Is the Dire Charge feat supposed to apply to off-hand weapons as well?

I've been aiming to take Powerful Charge, but now I'm wondering if it's worth it if the extra damage doesn't also apply to off-hand weapons. This feat description reads: "If you have the ability to make multiple attacks on a charge, you may apply this extra damage to all of those attacks in the round provided you do so before the charge expires." What is meant by multiple attacks? Does this refer to off-hand weapons? If not, doesn't that make Powerful Charge an epic feat since the only way to get multiple attacks on a charge is by first taking Dire Charge?

Okay, this guy is obviously a bit confused on how this feat line is intended to work. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

In PnP you have to take an additional feat to attack with your off-hand, which is found in PHB2 and is currently not implemented.
