hi there ! Hm, i need explanation about crafting system .

There are skill like : Craft Armor and Craft Weapon .

There are also feats like : Craft magical arms, armor and Craft Wondrous item . My question is, does the game mechanically count skill points of ''Craft Armor'' for crafting magical arms and armor or that feat is sufficient by itself and you don't need any skill points in craft Armor ?

There's no mechanical use of those skills and feats.

However in the base game, you can craft the armor/weapon with the right skill, but you need the feat to put on enchantements.

Ah yea, I got it !

So basically it would be a waste to put some points on Craft Armor or Weapon skills since i can always buy basic armor and weapon for low price and enchant it with Craft magical arms, armor .

You can't enchant it, either.

But you can put points in craft for RP reasons there's a thread about that in general discussion.

Wait wait wait ... Are you telling me that you can't enchant ordinary weapons , armors, rings and amulets that you've bought, by using recipe books , workbench and feats like Craft Wondrous Item and Craft magical arms/armor ??

You can, but it require essences which can only be obtained through a DM.

Tell a DM what you're wanting the essence for and they'll sometimes give you that as a reward at the end of an event, or make an event for you.

But essence handouts are rare.

Ya, don't expect to get any crafting materials likely. And if you do it won't be for anything that you can't find as a drop normally, or buy in vendor.
