A city quarter shall be built for the rock gnome kin, and those fit to take place in the councils of brewing, mining, trading or hunting will do so, taking their place alongside the dwarves and given full voting rights.

It is the wish of the Kraak Helzak nobility to continue the constructions and progress done so far, and the rock gnomes would prove a most valuable asset to the crown, earning their place as any dwarf would.
