download for game areas?

sorry, i have the lingering feeling that one got asked already but can't seem to remember where:

for some work for a guild and maybe a little other project i got running i would like to try and add buildings/rooms to areas we use ingame to see if it fits etc, or so that i can build something that, if it is allowed to be put ingame, will fit right away and not take a dev. half a month to adjust to the server if the new rooms/buildings are too big or whatever.


so is there a place where i can download the existing area-files or are those not handed out to the public?

(in case it is not already clear, i am very green on this one, so i just assume they are not already downloaded on my PC)
