Does Auril Grant Pacts in Our Timeline?
If so, what kind of conditions would they involve, and what are the nature of these pacts?

The BGTSCC Server is somewhere between 2e and 3.5e Rules. Certain custom deviations from Lore have created this "reality."
Thus warlocks gain their powers either through Fey or infernal sources, by birth or by pact.
Elemental pacts are 4e rules.

Auril, intermediate goddess of cold, winter, ice, magic (especially illusions), darkness, murder, and evil fey.
Auril was originally a fey princess known as Aurilandür the Frost Sprite Queen. While her sister Titania was bathing in the waters of the river Afon Bhlu, which fed the lake Cwm Glas, Aurilandür remained in court. On this particular day, dwarven miners were bringing a gemstone they had unearthed as a well-intentioned gift to the Seelie Court; this black, ten-faceted gem, rumored to be the creation of a "Dark God" of the Underdark, slowly corrupted the princess, turning her to evil.

Auril is now a God, granting divine powers.
But it is very possible that an evil Fey creature from her realm of Pamdemonium would make a Fey pact. If you build a Warlock Character under the premise of a Fey pact, I would assume the PC has the Fey Heritage feat.

"Auril was originally a fey princess known as Aurilandür the Frost Sprite Queen. ...Auril, also known as The Cold Goddess, The Frostmaiden, Icedawn, and the Queen of Air and Darkness"
"...The Queen of Air and Darkness is the most common originator of warlock pacts among the fey. While small numbers of fey warlocks derive their powers from a connection to the Seelie Court, the majority are associated with the Queen and her Unseelie minions. "

Yes, she's granting fey pacts to Warlocks.

Alright. So, would one with Fey Heritage that is pacted via Unseelie Court agent under the Queen of Air and Darkness end up worshiping Auril?

Not necessarily I think. Worshiping someone and making a deal with someone are two different things.
One could make a deal with Mephistopheles or Asmodeus for example and worship Bane or Gargauth.

Re: Does Auril Grant Pacts in Our Timeline?
I have now read more than one person should ever read about Auril and the Queen of Air and Darkness.
There are plenty of sources that state Auril was merged with the Queen of Air and Darkness in 4e. Previous to 4e, Auril and the QoAandD were distinct entities, or, aspects of the same God (Auril being the manifestation from Human clergy) and the QoAandD (of the Fey Realm).
Auril was first referenced by Ed a Greenwood in 1981. The consideration and expansion of Auril to be the QoAandD—also know as Aurilamder the Frost Sprite Queen before being corrupted by a dark gem—appears in WotC documents from 2008 onward.
DM Mouse has a lot of information as well. Maybe they will post their voice here.
What is certain, for me at least, is that Humans of the North and frozen wastes worship Auril, a deity that does not grant pacts for Eldritch power. The QoAandD is the name the Fey use to refer to the Being once known as Aurilandur, and the QoAandD would be in the business of granting pacts, but more likely, through those of her Unseelie Court: the evil Fey creatures.
Most importantly: I doubt most common and/or highly educated Characters of the Realms would have even the slightest idea Auril and the QoAandD were aspects of the same power, if the truly are connected in a 1-to-1 manner.
