Hello. Where i can find guidelines to craft normal and magical itens? I mean, is there any specific rules, are the craft feats used and so on. If you have a topic about it, can you link, please?

Welcome back. Unfortunately crafting is currently not supported on BGTSCC.
The closest that we have at this time is using the forge benches you may find in diffrent areas to change certain creature drops (beetle shells and spider mandibles) into preset potions/gold.
