An affiche is affixed onto one of the walls of the ghetto. When curious bystanders direct their eyes to it the magical document produces an illusory gnome who elaborates that the 7th Circle provides many business oppertunities to non-citizens, and ways for the bold and succesful to improve their station and lot in life. References are made to the Circle's succesful second in command, the Svirfneblin Archmage Brim'Kas.

The message closes by advertising the Circle's fair dealings with the Svirf community in the past, exhorting magicians and artisans to provide their services and wares to Circle vendors on a preferantial basis.
