Background:

Not much is known about Vendinth. He is an agent for an "unknown master" and goes by the title, "Seeker". If questioned, he will not reveal his master's identity, not even under pain of death. He is highly interested in the Illithid race and how they control their subjects, going so far as to break into their laboratories in order to research the illithid studies.

He seems high interested in tales of the surface. He is also quite passive and quiet around Llothites.
The Jaezred Chaulssin were "based" in the ruined drow city of Chaulssin, from which they got their name. However, they also infiltrated minor houses in many drow cities, which they used as bases of power and places to raise their young.[5][6] These cities were, namely, Ched Nasad, Dusklyngh, Eryndlyn, Jhachalkhyn, Karsoluthiyl, Maerimydra, and Sschindylryn.[7]
Goals: to acquire the means of Illithid mind control and offer a boon to his Master's intent to change the dynamics of control within the UD. To find the path toward the surface, with it's promise of glory for his Master's cause.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Open to all Drow political intrigue.
Laisren Ua Tiernan:
The heart must die, so thy loving progeny may live.
