Church of Mystra Public Announcement

With slightly less than a tenday to go, the Church of Mystra is abuzz with activity. There is even a rumour that one of the Mystran priests from Waterdeep may just decide to come and visit the city for the Ceremony.

Aeili is often away in her study or in the Shelf of Many Books preparing what she calls a "gift for Celestia."

Word spreads that the Flaming Fist are a little apprehensive about such a public magic display, however benign. Therefore Aeili has amended the original notice signifying that the Magefire Ceremony will now take place within the Temple of Mystra in Baldur's Gate. Dates and times remain unchanged.

With less than 6 hours to go, Aeili makes many of her last minute checks. She has collected several laundered sets of robes from Aello for the prospective Mystran magic donors. The gardens in front of the temple have been neatly trimmed and presented. Fresh flowers waft their delicate perfumes throughout the sanctuary. She nervously awaits the gradual arrival of guests and visitors.

Those characters with Deity: Mystra and the ability to cast spells who wish to participate in the Ceremony by donating magic, please meet me in the Temple 1/2hr in advance for an IC briefing and order of service. Otherwise pre-read the Order of Service here and prepare your spells accordingly. Buffs which can be targeted on others and make nice VFX are preferred. No offensive/damaging magic please!
