Got two simple ones:

1. Where can I change mundane armor appearance?

2. Where do I find the quest giver in school of mages? Drow dude just says "Do you want to send a message"

you can change normal armor anywhere, click on the nwn eye in the lower left corner and one of the 3rd bottom option is the app changer

mith armor/regen cloaks changer is in the shop with the guy that sells the rogue items

the quest for the shrooms?
go in and the first classroom on the right there is a drow wizard, no special name, he has it
