Order of the Crossbow Initiate

I see that weapon focus: longbow or shortbow is required, but would OotBI Ranged Precision work with a crossbow anyway?

Also, once you have Ranged Precision and Extended Ranged Precision, is the damage added to attacks automatically (meaning you can manyshot with Extended Ranged Precision), or is it an activated ability?

Edit: I know that Order of the Bow Initiate is meant for bow users, I'm asking if, mechanically, crossbow users can use these abilities, even if you have to use a feat on weapon focus longbow/shortbow to qualify.

These feats only work with long/shortbows. They will not work with crossbows. For crossbows you should look into the crossbow sniper and mastery feats.

Ranged and extended ranged precission are activated abilities. you can rapid shot with them but not manyshot.
