Stealing from Qu'ellar Dev'lin

Neer was watching the Entrance to the Dev'lins compounds near the Mist Lake deep in the Underdark with great attention safely from her hiding spot. Soon the time would come and the guards shift will be over, making space for someone Neer was able to bribe a few cycles earlier. It wasn't quite hard to do so, Neer is beautiful even for a Drow elf and can be quite charming if she decides to, additionally a bit of help from her Bae'qeshel (Spell: Charm Person) and that male guard almost begged her to bribe him.

As soon as the shifts have been changed Neer walked towards the Entrance. A sign from the guard followed by a moment of „carelessness“ made it possible for her to sneak inside the Dev'lin compound. It took her quite a while to find the Mother Matrons room, even though the bribed guard has told her beforehand where to find it inside the complex. After avoiding a few patrols here and there she found what she was looking for: The entrance to Qilintha Dev'lins private rooms. Luckily it wasn't guarded at this time. Coincidence? Probably not, but Neer took the risk … she knew she probably would never get a chance like this again. She opened the door slowly waiting for some sort of Alarm to go off every second but nothing, she slipped into the Mother Matrons private room.

Neer knew before hand what she was looking for. She heard Qilintha talk about a „relic“ on several occassions and the way she talked about it it must be quite valueable. Neer looked around in Qilinthas rooms and it didnt took long to find what she was looking for … it was right on the Mother Matrons table … obviously she didnt make much effort to hide it somewhere. She let the relic, which was some sort of bone totem, glide into one of her bags while she turned and left Qilinthas rooms thinking: „This was quite easy Qilintha Dev'lin, just as planned.“ Neer had to chuckle a bit...

Guards stripped of their Dev'lin armours and weapons decorate the outside of the unfinished compound. Brutally disfigured, the hanging remnants prove as a warning to any of those that show weakness in their post therefore defying the will of Dev'lin, and ultimately Lolth.

Several elite guards arrive on caravans on the same cycle. As the new guards circulate the compound in force, several cowled males are seen exiting after a meeting with the Ilharess and the Weapons Master
