Appearance:
Race: Teu-tel'quessir (Moon Elf)
Age: Young Adult
Height: 4'7
Weight: 70lbs
Eyes: Deep violet and almond shaped.
Hair: Silvery-blue, short-mid length and often well maintained.
Summary: Overall, Tari's outward appearance varies a great deal from one day to the next. When adventuring, she prefers brown leathers, of simple and tightly formed design to allow her maximum mobility with minimum weight. When about town she adopts more formal robes, displays her hair and face more freely then when she's out and about and even enjoying applying makeup to exaggerate her elven features.
Personality Profile:
General Health: Tari is overall healthy, but not a particularly hardy individual, she prefers to get around sickness in the most plain way; avoiding it.
Deity: Selune; Though some elves might warrant this as odd, or even vile, Tari was raised among humans and aside from a few brief introductions to elven culture hasn't had any real exposure with the Seldarine. Selune became her deity of choice because of her desire to dream, which works two fold, as Tari has lived much of her life surrounded by chaos and danger, and without elven parents, she hasn't been able to slip into reverie for some time.
Initial Alignment: Chaotic Good
Profession: Merchant, former exotic dancer.
Base Class & Proposed Development: A rogue, who enjoys working from the shadows unseen as well as amidst the spotlight. She's as much a diplomat as a sneak-thief, and has a keen eye for haggling and negotiating the price of goods.
Habits/Hobbies: Discussion and conversation are two of her favorite pastimes.
Languages: Common, some elven, thorass, iluskan.
Weapon of Choice: Wit
Background
Childhood: Tari's earliest memories, and what she was told of them correspond to her being put in an orphanage before she could collect any memories of her parents or her life before. Tari proved incredibly proficient at convincing prospective guardians that they didn't want to deal with the elf, even those with a taste for the exotic found themselves looking at a mischievous brat who could only bring them misfortune and trouble. The young elf matured in there long enough to adopt her current name from other children, learn basic reading and writing skills in common, then be kicked to the streets with those of her childhood friends who merely came to outgrow the building. What happened for the remainder of her years 'growing up' shook her to the core, watching as not just her friends, but everyone aged while she stayed the same. She watched those friends who needed to scrape and make their own grow up, take care of and watch out for her, then grow grey... and die. It wasn't something she could readily accept, it seemed utterly unfair, and when eventually, other silver elves found her, and tried to explain to her... it was too late. She'd grown numb to watching loved ones die in a span of time that to those elves who found her... was supposed to be her most joyful, carefree years... Eventually she branched out, she didn't know how many decades had passed since she'd left the orphanage... it was enough that she was becoming aware of her own maturity... and thus, she struck out.
