Equipment bonuses and benefits and polymorphing

So I was wondering which equipment if any, carry their bonuses into the polymorphed form?

Belts? Rings? Amulets? Anything?

My mage doesn't seem to keep all his benefits when he polymorphs.

only druids get bonuses for shifting, not mages using poly or shapechange

Polymorph/shapechange removes bonus spell slots from items which makes it a huge pain to redo all spells every time. Basically once I reach about lvl 12-15 as a mage I stop using them because of this.

You only get to keep spell effects, not items.
