and as far as our server goes, of course, Sshamath is "different", and the Way of Lolth isn't fully practiced, but I thought we could still use something like this.

The Way of Lolth
- Lolth is the only true goddess.
- Lolth tlu malla; jal ultrinnan zhah xundus. (tr. low drowic: Lolth be praised; all victory is her doing.)
- Questioning the Ways of Lolth or her Wisdom is a grievous sin; all who impugn the faith must perish.
- Those of the faithful whose loyalty is weak must be eliminated.
- Drow who fail Lolth may be given one and only one chance to redeem themselves in her eyes.
- All drow who do not worship Lolth must turn to Lolth and beg forgiveness or be destroyed.
- Unrepentant drow who follow or bow to the dictates of any other power or faith are to be utterly destroyed, preferably in sacrifice to Lolth: their names shall be forgotten, their works cast down and broken into rubble, and their spawn eradicated, save for those descendants whose loyalty to Lolth has already been proven.
- Arachnids are holy beings of Lolth and are to be revered, anyone who mistreats or kills a spider must die.
- The word of a priestess is the will of Lolth.
- All weak and rebellious drow must be weeded out.
- Punishment or death to any of lesser rank than high priestess to disobey a Matron of any House.
- Death to any male or lesser creature who disobeys a priestess.
- Punishment or death to any male or priestess of lesser rank who disobeys a priestess.
- Death need not be immediate.
- Punishment is at the pleasure of the priestesses of Lolth.
- Fear is as strong as steel, while love and respect are soft, useless feelings that none can lean on. Ignoring the Spider Queen's commands in favor of love is a great sin. (1)
- Children are to be raised as loyal worshipers of Lolth.
- Each family should produce at least one priestess to serve the Spider Queen better than her parents.
- Those who aid a lesser creature against a drow shall be punished or destroyed.
