Kai would find the first mage sitting at her desk within the arcane tower. Many scrolls and books lay scattered around. Some closed, some opened. The temperature within the room, close to freezing level.
The moon elf chuckles as he feels the temperature drop the closer he ventured to the Cor'Selu'Taar's office. With a huge smile, he knocks before entering.
"Of course, you would be in the location I should have looked to begin with" He says smiling.
He bows low to the Lord Mage Velaris, a fond smile on his face as he comes upright.
"Can I help either of you learned mages in this endeavor?"

'Greetings Kai, if you wish to help you are more than welcome as there is plenty to be done. How good are you with ancient languages of the people?'
"Languages? Hmmm, a bit limited I am afraid. Though I may have a scroll or two laying about which could facilitate my ability to read it. What did you have in mind, First Mage?"

One of the Dharashan rangers would point out towards the pond. The moon casts its first light through the thick canopy surrounding the village and in that light the shape of First Mage Ithilwen is vissible, sitting on the bench near the water. The ranger leans over to the Mystran and almost whispers to her.
If you wish to speak with her, now is as good a time as any. It is rare she comes outside of the study these days.

She smiles slightly as she lifts her head to look at Kai.
'Brother, those spells will not last long enough. However... She pauses for a moment. Many of the books who have been sorted out need to be placed... It might be dull work, but it is also very delicate work. Those down working on it will inform you where to start. Make sure to categorize them precisely.'

The elf sat in the Council room, surrounding by those he called friends. "How far I have secluded myself?" He thought as he listened to the Archmage relay his tale. Looking around him, he stared at the faces all looking at Kael. "How things have changed, yet stayed the same. And now, new faces among the gathered. There is much I now must do...much I must contribute" He quietly thought. He stood up from the gathered, said his farewells and made his way for the door looking forward to once again venturing outside the Misty and training....after he completed his task given by the First Mage, of course.

The priestess approaches the First Mage and introduces herself, and the two have a conversation about a variety of things.
Over the last few days, when not examining a tangled ball of sticks and offending everyone's taste of music with the curious metallic "instrument", the blue-dressed person has been seen repurposing the cloak she had worn for so long into a serviceable set of tunic and pants. The air's filled with the occasional tearing sounds as she cuts suitable holes and strips of cloth with the knife, and the rustling as she stitches them into whole new shapes with the intent focus of one conducting an experiment.
Those with any amount of experience with tailoring would easily notice that the person's work has the haphazard quality of one being self-taught, but a twice-daily application of the Mending cantrip help compensate for the worst of the stitching, and also explains the sheer length of time elapsed to accommodate the need to rememorise when called for.
But that is neither here nor there. After a bit of measuring, the person, now wearing the altered cloak, is seen carefully folding up the elegant, if dirty, blue dress and stuffing it into her pack. She glances around, reluctantly murmurs a spell of nondetection, and shoulders her pack before heading away and into the dark of the Misty Forest proper.

During frequent breaks from the stowage of arcana and tomes of knowledge, Kaienrai can be seen more and more within the Temple of Rillifane. He assists in the cleaning and maintenance of the Temple itself, and the surrounding areas, taking advice from the druids on which tree to trim or how to properly "treat" the local shrubbery. As well, he spends time frequently with the wild elf refugees within the village, relearning the use of herbs and shrubs to form organic, natural healing salve and poultries.
With the temple clean for the time being, the elf Kaienrai could be seen speaking to the Selu'Onal. The gravity of the conversation could be clearly seen on both their faces. Without a second thought, and a quick self apology to the Cor'Selu'Taar, Kai exits the temple to the village standing stones. Whispering words to wrap his body in an invisible veil and words to enhance his speed considerably, he departs the safety of the Misty Forest, heading south to Baldur's Gate.
Upon arrival, no time for pleasantries can be exchanged with the citizens and he strides purposefully to the Temple of Gond.
After a few moments to draw his breath, and calm himself..he enters the Temple of the Artificer.
After a long discussion with the First Mage, the Mystran priestess departs for the Great Tree. She returns later that same day without accompaniment, her face bearing nothing more than expressionless neutrality.
A black robed, hooded figure glides its way through the Dharashan glade, the dark cloak shrouding its slender body, concealing it to all but the rangers' keen eyes. The protectors of the ancestral village are by now all too familiar with Archmage Kael, and they let him in as he nods towards each of them in acknowledgement, and then whispers his greetings to the Elders on his way towards the Arcane Study.
After weeks of absence, the wizard is back among his beloved brethren.
This twisted culture got you feeding from its hand
But you will lose that food if you don't meet all their demands
And loyal is the soldier that gets slaughtered with the lambs
Examining the blueprints got you questioning the plans

Ithilwen walks through the village towards the Arcane study but halts her steps as she notices Aeili had returned. She then turns in the direction of the Mystran and walks up to her slowly. After a short pause she adresses the priestess in a blank voice.
'Did you find the answers you were searching for cousin?'

"The human girl has left, as I thought she would,"she replied, all the while her facial features remaining rather distant."I enquired of her whereabouts by magical sendings and she told me that she feels she has no home to go to, and that my home is not hers. There is nothing more I can do to help the unwilling. She is a free spirit, and may go where she wishes. I have made my choice and shall abide by it." The Mystran bowed herself once more before casting her gaze upon the tranquil place she was now to call home.
