The target is extremely dangerous and is not to be underestimated. If ye wish to take on this job then look for a man wearing a black robe with white trim and holding a black staff. The terms of the contract will then be negotiated. Do not show this message or speak of this offer to any authority figures such as the fist or the city watch. That is all.
