Appearance: Samuel is a thin man of average height, with wiry brownish red hair. Eye are of the sea a cerulean blue. Samuel is definitely not the prettiest face on the block. Having little or no facal hair at all. Tends to walk with a slight limp in his left leg. His clothing normally would appear to be of poor or humble make.

Personality Profile: Die hard loyal to his family and may or may not be loyal to those he calls friend. Kind of a goofball at times, but with short fuse for a temper. He's highly intelligent even though he lacks ability to put it to good use or to even convay it to others at times. But don't let him fool you he knows more than he let's on to know. He might be the baby of the family but don't ever call him that...

Background:
The Quinn family are not ones of privilege; not having much more than musky shack in the Harbor District in Baldor gates. Samuel was born in 1329 of the Kythrone. He was a scrawny baby with wiry red curls and cerulean blue eye. As he grew up in the Harbor District he got taller not too much taller the one thing that never changed was his eyes. The wire red hair he was born with darken with age. Samuel being the youngest of four, he has always been treated like the baby of the family. His sibling would call him Sam, but mostly Sammy. His three sister Selina, Sadhdh and Cyranna are the most important thing to him. Selina the eldest sister was the closest thing they had to parents growing up. He's asked many times about what happened to there mother, but none of his other siblings ever really gave him a straight answer. He suspects, just like always that they are treating him as the baby to protecting him. At a very young age a fire had almost consumed their musky old shack, it did not how ever. Even though there house was spared Samuel health was not. The intense heat from the smoke, damaged his lung severally, causing a bit of a health problem for him until this day. When over exerting himself he starts to have coughing fit to various degrees. Unfortunately a cure for has not been found, but he does have a medicine he can take that helps overcome the fits. Attending church at anyone of the Triad temples in Baldur Gate not so much because he believes in them, but to find those he thinks are privileged to mark as his next target. Of course this doesn't always go as planned. He has a hefty rap sheet with the city guards. Anything from unlawful entry, pick-pocketing, and other petty thief. Always taking his punishment without complaint or at least when he had to take the punishment. Over the years his eldest sister got him out of many binds with the guards, as to how she got him out of them, he hasn't ever asked how she got him out of it, nor does he really want to know what she had to do either. Over the years hanging around the dock, he has learned several language from traveling merchants and others that have found there way to Baldur Gates. He seems to have a knack for languages picking them up very easily. He does how ever visit the shrine of the mask often to pay tribute to his deity.
