Are there any proper Epic Flails?

//I have created a character which is meant to focus on dual wielding Flails. This dwarf will have no caster levels, so Greater Magic Weapon is not an option for improving upon off hand flails. So, my question is, has anyone seen with regularity, Epic Flails?

I don't know what epic flails, if any are available. However, keep in mind that standard flails can't be placed in the off hand. There are flails (indicated by a lower case "f") that you can off hand, but it may be problematic to find an epic version.
