And I've never tested it. It's just been one of those theorycraft builds I've had for ages that I never bothered to put real effort into.

Doesn't get PTWF but doesn't really need it either...
You need 17 dex for improved two weapon fighting, which is the requirement for tempest. My dreams of making a dualwielder with monstrous str who disregards dexterity, without getting ranger, have often been crushed by that requirement

Oh yeah, PTWF is definitely worth the extra level. Ouch, that sounds rather painful

That's were 6 levels of dread pirate come in ;)

F12,Ba3,DP10,T5 works well.

Ohh, what happened to the Frezerker idea from the Subject:
F12,FB8,DP6,T4 or F14,FB5,DP6,T5 :?

Did some testing in Jeg's.

With the build I posted in the OP, the main hand crits for around 95. The offhand crits for around 85. The damage is comparable to a one-weapon build.

But if you factor in DR, and the fact that this build is even more feat-starved than the one-weapon variant, it doesn't look so hot.

Still, it's a fun idea!

I have it already, actually. But humans just have less lore to keep track of. Sometimes it all gets mixed up in my head and I have to take a few minutes to look something up, lol

It has "fun" amounts of AC and huge DR so it really doesn't care about being a shirtless battleaxe dualwielding man-beast. With epic DR and regen feats.

I haven't done this yet though cuz dwarves suck to RP. I only know like 3 dwarf types and they're all belligerent drunks...

(key stats being enough Con for regen 6 and enough in the other stats to get weaponmaster and big str)

I have considered rolling a female dwarf with this build... Seems more fun than the obvious male equivalent.
I've never been more proud of my dwarven brothers then I am now.
