Bought this Armor at auction today... Base Armor +7 (Half Plate) enchantment bonus +1 should equate to +8 Armor. However, as the screenshots show, equipping the armor increases AC from 15-22 (+7). Casting Shadow Conjuration - Mage Armor only adds additional 3 AC, which makes me think the +1 is working, but for some reason the armor is only giving me an AC of 6, instead of 7... However, it is strange because I get a message that I have multiple items giving the bonus that doesn't stack, however as the screenshots show I am not wearing anything else...

character dex is 12, has LoH as well and +2 from Tumble... so I am thinking he somehow has a +1 EB to armor on him in error...really strange. no spells are active and no other items equipped so not sure where the bonus is coming from?
I am aware of that, but look at the numbers, dex mod should not matter, the Base AC for Half-Plate is 7, the armor has +1 EB for a total of 8. Naked AC was 15, equipping the armor made AC go to 22 which is only an increase of 7 and seems inaccurate. (15+7+1=23)
However, the chat log is saying there is another bonus that won't stack (which is odd since I had no spells active nor was I wearing any equipment besides the armor. I have LoH, 12 Dex and 22 Tumble so base AC should be 14, not 15 I would think. It appears the game was giving me a +1 Armor Enhancement Bonus, does not matter since I cast Mage Armor regardless, but it is strange, nonetheless.

Doesn't this equal 14 Base armor class then? 10 + 1 (LoH) + 2 (tumble) + 1 (DEX). 14 + 7 (mith armor) + 1 (AC bonus = 22.
To be fair I did say I thought the base ac should be 14.. in any case I didn't consider the item property bug sticking so that probably explains it. Thanks all, much appreciated!
There is nothing about NWN2 that is fair! The AI cheats, it is full of bugs and they included Favored Souls!
In general, there is a guideline of "don't trust the Character Sheet," because it is notorious for bugging out and showing weird numbers (and if the Server is lagging, even worse).
