Background: As a sellsword Kaspar has traveled widely, originally from Waterdeep, he has followed conflict, dropping in and out of service with several mercenary companies before eventually making his way to the sword coast. His primary motivation is profit, and he's willing to undertake almost any task in pursuit of this goal. He cares little for others, save when they are in a position to aid him and, while he has no problem fighting alongside others if it will advance his purposes, he'd just as soon operate by himself. In summary, Kaspar is selfish, materialistic and utterly self-centred (though he may not come across as such at first). Despite this, his wide array of skills and ruthless personality ensure that he will never want for work.
