Minor armor alteration...

After going through the scale mail sets I found one which is perfect except for one little thing. The said armor is all black but has an arrow quiver on its back which cannot be removed or hidden. Would it be possible since the model is already in and the change would be easy, to remove the quiver or copy the model but without the quiver? If this could be done I would be most grateful.
