Item Vanished + Odd Script Behavior?

So the disappearing item bug has struck me as well:

Hidden: show

What's interesting though is that the moment it happened, I got a flood of these messages:

Hidden: show

This repeats for quite a few more rows.
That line is a monster entering my Dissonant Chord Aura - but in this case it looks like it might be due to some script repeatedly enabling and disabling my feats a couple hundred times (With a message every time the feat is enabled again...).

Not sure if this might help track down the bug, if there's still anyone even looking into it ;p

Edit: Just to clarify, this did not happen during a transition, not after logging in, and my inventory wasn't full (The item was also nowhere to be found on the floor). It did happen the moment I finished casting a haste spell.
