wizard build
well i know there is a rule how to build a wizard with one prc so do i have to build it like the rule or can i build like this 13 lvl wizard and 8 lvl archmage? and if it i shall build with the rule is the rule more powerfull in that way 17 wizard and 3 archmage lvl?
