So, what is the verdict on how windows 10 effects this game?
I am noticing a 75% Crash Rate when I begin login and 25% Crash Rate when transitioning maps.

I don't have Windows 10, but you probably need to run Nwn2 in compatibility mode,.

Yep, "windows xp service pack 2" should be the best option. I'm using it with Client Extension and without and it works like a charm.
The only thing I hate about win10 are the white windows.

I am not having any problems with windows 10 while playing NWN2, but then i am also using the steam version.

I had some crashing issues while tabbing between alternate windows, but recent updates have more or less eliminated these, as well as running NWN2 in Win7 compatibility mode.
