Noticeboard and Formatting

Nice easy question for someone:
Does the noticeboard in Baldur's Gate use the standard formatting? (<i></i>;<b></b> etc...)

NWN2 uses a subset of standard HTML tagging irrespective of medium so long as no parse / scraper sits on the submission end.

Thanks. Since all notices appear in italics it must get parsed somewhere, I will assume it does not allow formatting.
