UD Drow Fishmonger Conversation

Could the conversatipon with the UD fishmonger be changed in a usual one? I think it isn't neccessary that anyone not talking to him gets the info that he won't teach people to fish, just because someone else is currently in conversation with him.

That's how I became aware of this. I wasn't even able to see the person talking to him. Still getting the conversation.
