With enough UMD, can you cast spells from prohibited school
Speaking the use of scrolls of course. Say a transmutation specialist... can he use Mage Armour scrolls with 26 UMD?

Only via wands, not scrolls.

Really wish Transmutation wasn't Conjuration forbidden. Would give up evokation for it lightly.
