Shout out to the people who have roleplayed with one of my three characters, even if I do not log on often.

Thanks to DM Absolution for making the UD a surprising place.

A shout out to the bipolar dm of the BG. Small interactions like that are refreshing and makes the server feel more interactive.

Infinite appreciation to all who play those priestly clerics - not sure where Hoihe would be without the ability to delegate Wisdom-tasks to helpful Amerises and Onna'Evatrils. So named - Syracruse and Kleomenes!

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
I want to state and show my great appreciate for Rasael and especially Duster47 for taking up the mantle and attempting to drag BGTSCC into a continually developing, living, Permanent World. Thank you. Essentially, you're doing work for our enjoyment, and we so very much want to enjoy every little bit of it!!!
But in this message of appreciation, I do think there is space to pause and consider a more piecemeal, small form and step-by-step process to introducing new Content. If not for the headache of trying to figure out what goes wrong when Big Updates are sent up, then for keeping the Community calm in the process—because with so many changes at once, it should be expected to receive a shouting of "complaints" and disagreements...and that shouldn't overshadow either the selfless motivation and energy put into the process.
Best of luck sorting out the problems, guys and gals. Let the Community help you, where it can.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
Thank-you for this post. Its been a herculean effort and a largely thankless one for Duster47 and Rasael. A mountain to climb, as it were, and with much ironing out and tinkering to come in the coming days.Steve wrote:I want to state and show my great appreciate for Rasael and especially Duster47 for taking up the mantle and attempting to drag BGTSCC into a continually developing, living, Permanent World. Rest assured though, that its very much the case that piecemeal updates are planned for the future; the size of this update is largely due to backlog and the interconnected nature of some of the update.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
I would like to take a moment and thank the player base, with this most recent update we have encountered many bugs, but the response from all of you has constructive where it could have gone the other way very quickly. So thank you for your feedback and keep it coming as the Devs and QC continue to improve and update BG.

Re: Thread of infinite appreciation!!
Thank you devs and QC team for the wonderful update. Glad to see it's finally here.
I want to also especially thank the people who had the foresight (or accident) to allow spirit shamans to pick Conjure Shadows, Deathsight, and Conjure Shadow Mastiffs, spells that are normally not part of the druid spell list but which are very very fitting for shamans.
I had been contemplating before the update hit about asking for these spells to be made available for spirit shamans, but it seems I don't have to.
(now how about Spiritual Weapon, though? <.< )
