Never though about people from Madrid, or the rest of Spain, as "well dressed" (neither as "bad dressed" lol). Now I'm trying to figure out how in the Nine Hells is the usual vestment of Hawaiians...AND EVERYONE IS SO WELL DRESSED!! Coming from Hawaii where "well dressed" is a button down shirt, board shorts and your "formal flip flops" I am pleasantly surprised. Well groomed, well maintained and everyone just looks so picturesque, at all hours
Glad to hear you are having a good time. Don't give up with the language barrier. Ask those who don't understand you about their CVs and if they have written down in them: "medium level in English" (sorry for the extremely bad joke, is a quite recurrent one here).
