Nerys' Illuskan appears in the list but translation only adds ' between each letter. Valqis Mulhorundi does not show up at all; instead have double Common. Tested with new test-elf and six languages all worked. Created another new PC with Mulhorandi and it works. Language issues seem confined to existing PCs.
PC1 = Nerys, Emissary and Skald of the Greyfox tribe, roaming north near Secomber
PC2 = Valqis Sanejmeh; far away cartographer, Oracle of Nut at chaltin QulDaq, former navigator of the Sea Seeker, Reader of Candlekeep and sometime performer.
All the new ranger spells are still broken, with the same type error that creates a doppleganger, damages the doppleganger, and then the doppleganger disappears when combat ends.
The buggy new combat cover obstruction? system is still in.

“There is more than one sort of prison, Captain," Chirrut said. "I sense that you carry yours wherever you go.”
Also having to re-target enemies who cast invisible even with True seeing up which is not what is supposed to happen to my understanding and kind of defeats the purpose of having this spell active as it usually lets the spell caster get off a spell that would not have before when I did not physically have to re-target them
Also boss keys are still bugging and not allowing to be removed from inventory by anything but the chest they were intended for.
These two things are still unresolved by current batch updates.

Edit: It appears to be giving +2 to DEX and WIS, +4 to CHA. It also appears the duration is not the one minute per level it is supposed to be, but is instead 1 round per lvl. DR aspect still not tested.
The ninja nerf to this spell did not include any notification in the spell's description (description still says +4 DEX, +4 WIS, +4 CHA, DR 5/cold iron, 1 minute/level duration).
Please fix the description, or return the spell to how it was before. Why was this even nerfed so much, anyway?

I am operating under the assumption that this is a bug, please put it back they way it was lol.
Also, it appears that the bardic knowledge feat is now giving NO bonus points to any of the lore skills.
And silence is still completely non-functional.

I have actually already had some pretty annoying PVP encounters due to this, as dropping the target, even for a moment, cancels spells you are casting, etc... My assassin was probably only able to get away due to a combination of this, me not being used to it yet, and having to re-target and reissue commands every time he invised...
((And don't anyone dare say PVP is a non-issue, this was a DM mediated assassination that must have had good RP reason or the DMs would not have approved it. PVP happens, deal with it...))

The Perform skill is no longer available to the base classes it was made available few years back. (Not sure about the PRCs, would have to level up to know for sure.)
Therefore, this bug prevents access to any PRC that has a Perform requirement. I could mention: Battlerager (2), Dervish (3), Dissonant Chord (8), and Stormsinger (8).
Both Dissonant Chord and Stormsinger require Bard levels due to the Bardic feats, but if you are not going to progress your bardic spell casting, it means you have to save skill your points and do some clever leveling up just to meet the requirements.
Not forgetting how both Dervish and Battlerager now require levels of Bard. Battleragers are worse off as they will be automatically hit by multi-classing experience penalty if they do not go for a very easily dispelled Bard/Bard build. Dervishes can sort of manage around the recent Bard level requirement, but it doesn't mean everyone wants to have a three or so level dip in Bard.
Not sure if this was brought on by the recent update, but it is reported at least.
Scroll scribing:
Just like potion brewing many scrolls fail to scribe with a message along the lines of: This spell cannot be used with the Scribe Scroll feat.
And as noted previously no option appears to scribe the resulting scroll into a wizard's spellbook.
Scroll Scribing was successful with the following spells:
Resist Energt
Bigby's Forceful Hand
Bigby's Interposing Hand
Scroll scribing failed as noted above with the following:
Touch of Idiocy
Improved Mage Armour
Vitriolic Sphere
Mass Hold Person
Hiss of Sleep
Maddy Thunderkeg - Capitalism Ho! William of Ayleford - Every paladin is just a fighter that sat on a stick
Thaumaturgist Contingent Summoning still always fails (*Spell Failure*).
Level 9 spell Nature's Avatar still fails to work on telthor companion and phantom bear (at least). I'd assume it is because those summons are considered Magical Beasts instead of Animals, but it worked on both before the patch.
Quill Barrage still can't be used with Empower Spell.
Some quests are still leaving quest items in your inventory after finishing them (specifically: Maltz's delivery quest leaves the 'Stock for Maltz' in your inventory, and the Nashkel ranger quest leaves the Wolf Hides in your inventory. I've not had issues with any other quests).
