Re: Armor for Arcane Tricksters
there is a 0% ASF Padded armor available. I think it is in Soubar on the merchant that sells quarterstaves and other monk-y type equipment. I forget the other stats it gives, maybe +2 AC and reflex saves? not sure...Anyway, until you get lucky with a loot drop to get the bone armor Karond mentions this might be your best bet, unless you just wait until you see something on Mudd's list or the forums... I've occasionally seen padded armors with 0 ASF go for as little as 5-15K if that is the only thing it offers. (I'm speaking from memory and I'm sure this is a rare occurrence, in any case.

Re: Armor for Arcane Tricksters
When I played an Arcane Trickster I had a plain mithril chain shirt. It received an upgrade of -10% ASF (making it 0) eventually, as a DM reward. I gave it away when I stopped playing the character.
I THINK I have seen someone trading an epic swashbuckler chainshirt which had 0% asf on the forums a few years ago, but if my memory serves me correctly the person selling it was someone whose source of items wasn't exactly... ahem, legal. So if it was with 0% asf, it was probably not obtained from the loot table.
