Where do I purchase cloaks of regeneration in the Underdark? I've just found out they are a thing on the surface, and I'd like to experience the joy of not dying underground as well.

It's in the merchant shop immediately next to the illithid merchant

Well that's embaressing. I looked pretty much everywhere else and never noticed you could even enter that building.
