Not sure if this goes here but...
I have a +3 cloth armor with i think 5% negative energy immunity. I would like to trade the item for the same properties being added to my custom cloth armor. I was told that now all such property transfers must be posted on the forums first so that being the case here it is.

Weeell. DMs generally do not venture this far into the forums.
Just ask a DM in-game. Moving over item properties to a blank item is usually a non-issue and not typically even worth a PM request. That is how it used to be, anyway.
