Adventure party number 4

Hey guys,

This forum is people involved in the number 2 adventure party, just a thread we can use to sort out next times we meet, what times are best for everyone each week so we can organise properly.

Also a couple of rules we all agree'd on from our first group today.

Rules:

• No muling.
  
  No using the auction house.
  
  For now only allowed to use items bought from vendors with a maximum of +1 and items we find on our adventures. (Will update to +2 +3 etc when we get higher levels or agree otherwise)
  
  No leveling outside the group EXCEPT to play catch up, but has to avoid looting corpses/chests whilst doing so. (This is to ensure we do not have someone with much better gear overall than the others)

For this week my best times to play is any time Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, Saturday I can do as well but would have to be after 5 gmt

My end XP after today was 2.2k (Make sure you write your end xp so we know what the average is anyone left behind can go to by themselves)

So, yesterday first teaming and RPing an interesting group. I wanted to say you that it was very fun! A pity I had to leave earlier...

I wanted to ask a couple of points too, as I have to RCR Rabbit (called Rabitt yesterday): at which point/level did you finish yesterday and when will be the next day/time. For me would be better if we can start a bit earlier; 18 GMT maybe(?) as I can be logged until 20 GMT more or less (22pm for me and close to time to go to sleep).

This weekend (Friday included) I will be out of home, so I won't be around. Maybe I will be able to log as a weekday on Sunday depending on how late I come back home. Today or the Tuesday (better the Tuesday) are ok for me from 17 to 20 GMT (but only one day, I've bought a laptop and must install all the stuff before Friday). Usually, my weekdays afternoons-evenings are more free

My usual playtimes are (taking into account the new summer time change), more or less, within the following limits:
- Weekdays: 17-20GMT
- Saturdays: 11-17GMT
- Sundays: 11-20GMT

I ended up with around 1,250 XP.

It won't do that. The loot table is random, so some will get better gear. I think that if people need to play catchup, then they get to keep the loot, otherwise it's not fair.

Maybe if anyone gets something really outstanding (shall we say +3 or 2 properly useful benefits - not +1 to a kill for instance) they declare it. I wouldn't get too hung up on loot; some classes are inherently more powerful; let's rather concentrate on being inclusive, so all get to enjoy the experience.

Plus you even got me confused. We had agreed to call this Adventure Group #4. Can you rename the thread?

Edit: Weekends is my other group, not sure which day they want this week yet. Fine with Friday myself.

OK my XP ended up as 3156. I reckon Theo's must be similar, but hopefully he will say. You guys should do a quest or three to catch up.

If TheLier still wants to join he can now do as a level 3.

I propose this Thursday from 18GMT to 20 GMT of real play (which mean to be logged some mins earlier to travel to a starting area). Seeing your playtimes, I think all of we are able to be in this period. Two hours are enough IMO for a session. Just in case, I can log at 19 17GMT, but later from 20GMT will be nearly impossible (90% of the weekdays it's very close to dinner + sleep time for me).

In fact, I think it could be a period for weekdays in which we could agree to make the sessions (or, at least, a starting point to put other ideas on the table). Here also applies that I can log at 19GMT on weekdays and that later than 20GMT is usually very unusual for me.

As mentioned, this week I cant do thursday whatsoever, brother is in town and meeting him in town, so friday, saturday, sunday, any time, any place

Usually thursday is my bad day as I go over for dinner with my girlfriends aunt/uncle. Other days I am all good after 6GMT

This weekend I won't be at home:

This weekend (Friday included) I will be out of home, so I won't be around. Maybe I will be able to log as a weekday on Sunday depending on how late I come back home.

Most sure is that I will be at home at the afternoon (as unusual low temperatures are expected here for the next days) but not 100% sure.

Another proposal: next Monday?

I shall restate, my summer playing hours during the week are 1900-2300GMT. There are occasions when I can start earlier. Tomorrow isn't one; Friday might be.

Well next week I can start earlier Tues & Fri, about 1800 or maybe even 1730. I can do this tomorrow too. Weekends could clash with my other group.

Maybe. The summer time change messed this up (I assume my part in this, the server clock time was changed a week later I did, and I didn't realize about this fact).

I don't mind, if that can be a solution, to stay shorter.

About weekends, could also aid. But, I'm not at home once per 3-4 weekends. Maybe when I finalize configuring my new laptop and the aid of the Internet conection of my mobile I would be able to log, but where I usually go the weekends I'm out the signal is weaker, so I'm not totally sure about it.

Have to say this sounds like fun with the restrictions

If I could join up I'll happily roll whatever the group needs. A nervous full plated archer, a cocky healer/priest, a regretful rouge or a plain old brute, whatever the group needs, my play styles vary.

Let me know what you'd like and whatever background parameters to include and I'll whip up a new char/bio and catch him up.

Actually the server clock stays on GMT, come Spring, Summer, Autumn or Fall. The problem is that our clocks don't stay the same. It's easy to make a mistake.
