Places/creatures with way too much dispell?

well we are not looking to remove all of them, just looking for input about areas that seem to have a high amount

the netherese ruins may be a bit immune to any change as its suppose to be really hard

and its been a while since ive been to the mines but i dont think the mages spawn a lot all the time, you can get some bad groups here and there tho yea
