City Board Items questions.

Items on the Board outside of the taverns and other places?
1. How often do they change?

2. Do they ever expire?

3. Who is adding them and how if a player?

3. How long do spawnings usually last? (In other words, is there a time when the graveyard will be finally cleared of undead, the walls rebuilt in Baldur's Gate, etc.

Another example is if I take care of the orphans, will that be the end of it or will just "respawn" so someone else can take a crack at "running" that?
