Shield Charge, Shield Slam - Unable to take feats on levelup

Presently there are issues on taking these feats on level-up.

Background: Level 12, BAB+10, Halfling (strongheart). Have Shield Bash. Prereqs met. Feats still do not appear on level up (fighter becoming lvl 12) in available feat list.

Read something about "knockdown" possibly being required in the .2da. Took knockdown. Still unable to take the feats on level-up.

Duct-tape fix applied: DM Theophosnies had me level up, take two "filler" feats. Removed filler feats and replaced them with applicable qualified shield feats. This is being mentioned for the sake of documenting that action.

Shield Charge

Reqs: Shield Bash, BAB 3

When using Charge, you automatically try to knockdown your target as you make contact. The knockdown gains +4 on its roll if you've the Charge, Powerful feat, and another +4 if you've the improved knockdown feat.

Shield Charge is still shown to be the above on the Forum Custom and New Feats, when it actually requires more (maybe knockdown?). So either the description needs to change, or the reqs. needed IG need to be fixed to fit the description.
