i went with two others and slew him it was a tough battle due to invisibility and other spells but our problem was he's only worth 15xp at the most to one of us it just doesn't seem right i went with 2 others all within 8 levels of each other

He drops potions of Heal, which are very valuable commodities. He's a financial reward, not an experience one.

Maybe not. But I agree that for the effort you need to peform to kill it, a bit more xp would be nice.

He certainly is more dangerous than the ogre chieftain in the ogre cave. And I think they give the same amount.

so your saying some bosses are there purely for finacial gain, i can understand that for a dragon or a demon or something with a large horde but not for a undead Lich or Stronger.

Yeah High risk creature like that should offer more XP.

8 levels is enormous. There is a modifier that adjusts XP based on Level gaps. If it was 9 or 10 or higher, you would have only gotten 1 xp.

The rest of the lowbie skeletons in the place give more xp than he does though lol

This was bought up by a staff member and has been submitted along with the rest of the spawn overhaul update. Duster said it'll be another 24 hours before that gets implemented.
