Not sure if any of you guys do PNP, but I am a avid DM and player for a group of people every week. Me and a buddy trade off DMing depending on how much of my 100% custom world I can actually write before the sessions. I DM about once a month at this point and he DM's the rest out of the books. I also make custom models, miniatures, and maps. While my PC's were lost in the sewers I had them come across a rather interesting mimic/slime... The Excremental (Shit Demon for those that get the Dogma reference).
