Does Arterial Strike work with unarmed?

Just leveled and wish to see if it does now.

It does not.

Neither does ranged attacks.

There is nothing in the feat description that would suggest that the shouldn't work, nor is there anything in the PnP description that suggests it shouldn't work.

So... it *should* but it *doesn't* is what I am seeing here.

UPDATE:
Aaaaand, it appears most of my successful attacks do neither sneak damage nor arterial bleeds... despite landing an attack from stealth.
