Augment Summoning

Seems to be giving a 1 round duration +1 STR & CON, rather than +4 then disappearing completely.

I was just about to post on this, once I got the hard numbers from a non augment caster.

I am seeing the same thing with all summons. They just dont get the bonuses.

You don't see it as a bonus. Their real stats are are increased instead. The brief bonus is only there to activate it.

But they can be then further enhanced through stat affecting spells eg Bulls/Cats etc

Is that how it was intended?

Yeah it is, that is what makes augment summoning worth a feat. So you can get +4 AB and of course HP.

But I need to compare the numbers still... Maybe I'll do that now.

I did not test with greater planar binding, but other summon spells, (the custom critters) and it does stack.

Move along, nothing to see here LOL!

I just wish augment summons did Dex over Con

Having +4 AC is FAR more valuable than more health. Since summons (except horned demon) have ultra low ac. Level 9 summons has 30 AC after full buffs.

Meh.

Anyhow, Augment does function still.
