"Very well. We are relieved to have others of like goals finally. We will aid you in the pursuits of the Maiden."

Kaine and Anuka Rax stand in the temple to meet the call for the Faithful of the Frost Maiden. They are met by three priestesses of the Auril who explain their mission: to venture down to a local village and convert as much of its populace as possible.

After some brief introductions, they leave the temple and begin their trek south. On the way through the cloudpeaks, they encounter some resistance which halts their progress. Anuka, disillusioned decides to proceed back. Kaine and the Priestesses decide how to proceed from there, when they are met by a shield maiden: Jessie. Jessie announces her intent, that she had come due to the vision as well, and the five proceed from there, to speartop mountain. They climb speartop for some distance, before the priestess directs them behind the mountain. There, the five then descend successfully down a treacherous slope, closely followed by a hidden Anuka.

Once they reach the base of the mountain and the outskirts of the village, St. Carwell's Vale, Anuka reveals herself to have been following them. Pleased by her resolve, the now group of 6 proceed along. The priestesses explain that they are to convert as many villagers as possible, before a blizzard falls onto the village and decimates it. Kaine and Jessie lead the talks in the village, deliberating among themselves before proceeding into the village. Once there, they encounter a dwarf. After some forceful talks and appealing to him, they convince him that offering prayer to Auril and leaving with them before the blizzard strikes would be the best option for him.

At this point, the leader of the local faith (Eldath) emerges. They speak to the cleric for some time, but despite their warnings, he seems quite resolved to remain and appeal to Eldath for protection. They carry on, eventually ringing the belltower of the village and summoning many of its residence. They then begin speaking their warnings, over time convincing a more than half of those who gathered to dedicate themselves to Auril and come with the priestesses for safety. At this point, Jessie, Kaine, and Anuka departed the village with their new converts in tow.

Once they arrived on the outskirts of the village once more (where the priestesses remained), the trio of priestesses told the villagers to go on ahead, and that they would be protected. The priestesses, along with Anuka, then gathered for a ritual while Kaine and Jessie stood guard. The ritual began to create frost along the country-side, culminating in a storm that began to engulf the village. During the ritual, several lycanthropes attacked, which Kaine and Jessie fended off. Eventually, one the the priestess' was killed, weakening the ritual. Then, after a few more waves of assault, a second was killed, halting it. However, despite these minor losses, it was enough to decimate the village, killing many of their residents and ruining their crops and livestock. The head priestess, and the three Aurilites leave the village then, returning to the temple with high spirits, the taste of success on their lips.

Kaine would stroll into the temple one afternoon. He leans up to one of the statues, placing his hands into the coldfire and murmuring his usual prayer to the Frostmaiden. After this, he places two beautifully polished gems, a sapphire and a diamond, as well as a handful of coins into the otherworldly substance.

He then moves to the near-by Alva Sigurdsdottir, and exchanges a greeting with her. Kaine whispers a few words to her, a request it would seem to any onlookers. The priestess would lean down, and retrieve one of the temple banners, nodding and placing it in his hand.

Kaine carefully takes the flag of Auril off the banner, and rolls it up, placing it into his satchel bag. He hands the priestess a few coins and gives her a little smile, thanking her.

Kaine moves to the back of the temple, and places a small note onto Aeb'el's desk after ensuring he is not present in the room.

"Brother. We have more converts, as it would seem. One of them is a fellow Faithful from the isles to the west. She, like you, follows the path of a druid in service to the Frostmaiden. I believe, when you are finished your own pressing matters, you should seek her out and take her under your own wing. Her name, is Yri Snow-Bringer. A charming young woman, I am sure. She was already initiated in her own homeland of course, and will hold the rank of Votre here. Her and her brother have ventured here, as guided by a vision from their mother. Another pair of siblings, as it would appear. See her, when you can brother. Do what you can to guide her, when you can.

In addition, there was a man I encountered some time ago. Another druid, interestingly enough. One of Selune's. He offered a heafty donation, and asked for permission to build an observatory in the Cloudpeaks for astronomy purposes. I accepted his donation, and I would suggest that we give him the Frostmaiden's blessings in this project. He is no threat, neither to the land nore to the Cold Mother. His name, is Nicholaius, or Nichy as he prefers. A talkative, pleasant fellow. You'd like him.

Frostmaiden's blessings, my dearest brother."

He then departs the temple after leaving the note, a small smile on his lips.

"Thank you, beloved Frostmaiden. It surely has been a good tenday."

A new traveler is seen wearing a cloak with the symbol of Auril at the Friendly Arm Inn. He is often posted up in Beregost with a sign reading "Seeking Adventure." It was noted that he is incredibly quick and often carries to frigged Kukri's.

The man has been asking around trying to inquire as to how to find more whom worship the Frost Maiden.

He gazes around, and nestles down on the ground next to it.

The amazing cleric Jessie has been spending the last two weeks up the heights of the Cloud Peak mountains in meditation an prayer. She returns to the temple with new knowledge and power and speaks serenely to the rangers.

"Yes?"

"Greetings priestress, I am Vendor Xon, High Ranger of the Elder Circle. We heard of a battle that has occurred in these mountains." The ranger then continues to speak in a lower voice.........
