A copper elf bestride a barrel next to Mudd's canopy has reportedly been harassing adventurers with questions about an item of great worth. Reili's Belt of Mischief as he calls it, lends its wearer supernatural glibness and allows them to perform spectacular combat manuevers without any previous training ! Lysanthir lets interested parties know that he has a small trove of items and gold that would make a red wyrm weep and that he's willing to trade for the belt.
