Shadowed portraits?

I have a char with high listen skill, with a low spot skill.

She keeps detecting people (in stealth), who show as a shadowed portrait (Tsidkenu explained this was a new mechanic). Problem is there doesn't seem to be a refresh of the portrait icon when the character comes out of stealth.

So if I right click when first seeing the said stalker, I have no indicator that they're no longer hidden/MS, makes for awkward RP as you never know if they're talking to you or all around you. Presumably you should be able to spot them once they're out of stealth even with low spot. Happy to test things further if people want me to
