OVERALL HISTORY:

• Before Teharissa's birth, house Vennelis had moved to Silverymoon from the city known as Everlund. Her mother Nexxis Vennelis and father Virion Vennelis had formed a merchant house crafting, Enchanting and selling magical jewelry. They quickly built up wealth becoming vastly known for their fine and artful crafts, Using this reputation and wealth her father gained the tittle of Ambassador Virion Vennelis and would be among the number sent to Silverymoon to represent the Council of Elders.
  
  Twenty years after his appointment, His wife Nexxis Vennelis fell pregnant with what would be their first child Teharissa. After much debate the pair decided they would remain in Silverymoon instead of returning home, Trissa would be raised within the gem of the north. She would experience both the political and arcane benefits the city had to offer and be brought up in wealth and luxury. A wise choice in the end as the young elf would take to both subjects quickly and passionately.
  
  Unlike most sorceress's there was no surprise when Teharissa manifested her arcane powers, Her mother came from a long line of sorceress' dating back to Myth Drannor and there were many myths and rumors within the family that suggested a tryst with a powerful fey was the reason. Once the elf was old enough her parents wasted no time or coin enrolling her at the Lady's College, Sorceress or no her father would not allow her to rely simply on her power she had to study, not that she objected. To help further her study's her father stepped down from his position as Ambassador giving up title and position so that he might tutor her, The family slipping back to wealthy merchants. fifty years later when she was about half way through her study's the Spellguard started to recruit members through the lady's college for more then simple body guard duty. Teharissa was one of the many students to join and although she never reached the rank of warden she served well assisting the city guard with any arcane threats.
  
  Her parents had always been strong supporters of Elué Dualen and her desire to build her realm in the image of Myth Drannor. With this, her experiences within the college and spellguard Teharissa had started looking up to Lady Alustriel not only for her magical might but also her political prowess. When the call came out to assist the lords alliance with an undead threat in Baldurs gate, Teharissa was among the many numbers from Silverymoon to assist.
  
  When the undead threat was dealt with and the city safe, Teharissa resigned from her duty's within the spellguard. She had decided to remain within the city and do for the sword coast what lady Alustriel had done for the Silver Marches, Even if that meant she had to start from the bottom and work her way up.
