does it exist an item that grants improved unharmed strike feat ? or it ca be obtained just on levels ups?

There's also the same thing, except on a ring.

The only difference is that it doesn't have the Haste (10) 1/day.

ok but this is improved criticals ( unharmed strike )
and
weapon specialization ( unharmed strike )

not the feat "improved unarmed strike"
the one monks receive at 1st lvl and that cancel the -4 ab to attack being unharmed ad the fact that you receive attacks of opportunities if the opponent is armed .

that one it can only be obtained though level up ?
